It’s only November, but in Boise, ID, there’s not much difference between Fall and Winter. Below 35 degrees at night, it’s just plain cold! But regardless of the crisp weather, the holidays are ramping up, with parties & special events! So how does a fashionable girl keep warm in her favorite Little Black Dress?
I’ve recently discovered SpiritHoods, and I’m in love!!! (Villa Lifestyles in Eagle is the Treasure Valley’s exclusive location to find these beautiful faux fur hats, coats, and capes.) SpiritHoods are faux fur, with a mission; they are modeled after specific species that are endangered and/or at risk of going extinct! With every SpiritHood purchase, 10% of the net profits are donated to the conservation of endangered animals. So when you wear a Panda hat, you can rest assured some of your money is helping to fight the extinction of this glorious creature!
SpiritHoods feel so warm & luxurious, you never want to take them off. When we did this photo shoot on the Capitol steps in cocktail dresses, I was definitely happy to have my cozy Silver Rabbit Jacket! I would literally have frozen in my “model pose” without it, lol!
SpiritHoods are made in Los Angeles, CA. No animals are harmed in the making of their products, period! In fact, in 2011 & 2012 SpiritHoods received the Peta Libby Award for Best Animal-friendly Clothing Company! Rock on, SpiritHoods! Love what you do, both for the animals and for this chilly little human!
